- 1) How our referral program works
- Some referral programs are complicated and try to set restrictions on everything! Ours is simple: when we make money, so do you. It is risk-free, with no out-of-pocket costs to get started.
- 2) What does it cost to get started?
- Sending referrals our way doesn’t cost you anything. Our only requirement is that you sign up for a referral ID so we may track your referrals and rewards.
- 3) What types of rewards are offered?
- As a reward, we offer the options of discounted services, participation in contests, and/or cash rewards. Every referral you earn gives you a certain number of "credits" to be applied to your rewards. Rewards can be redeemed in our "credit shop". Should you choose the cash option, it is available in the credit shop in predetermined increments. More credits will give you bigger rewards.
- 4) How and when do I collect my reward?
- Your credits are waiting for you whenever you decide to redeem them. These credits do not have any expiration date on them and can be used at any time. Rewards in our "credit shop" all have predetermined credit values. The more credits you have to spend, the better the reward items.
- 5) What is each referral worth?
- The number of credits offered depends completely on how much money the referral spends on their first visit with us. We currently only give rewards on the first purchase the referral makes, but we may decide to offer additional incentives in future promotionals.
- 6) Who is eligible to participate?
- We do not have any special requirements to participate in our rewards program, except that you legally reside in the United States. We also recommend that you have regular access to a computer, as you can only redeem rewards and track referrals through our website.
- 7) How is this different than a pyramid?
- In a pyramid, you are paid on your ability to maintain a successful "downline", or group of people who are also recruiting. Our aim is simply to market our product and give rewards to those who help us along the way. There is no downline. You are rewarded based on the first purchase of the referred customer. We do not give rewards for "recruits".
- 8) How long before I am credited on my referral?
- Credits will be applied to your account when we receive full payment on your referral's first purchase. The referral must give us your referral ID or proper information regarding their referral in order for us to give you credit.
9) Are there any rules?
- You cannot refer yourself
- Rewards are based only on the first purchase.
- Referrals must mention that they were referred or give us a referral ID before we can give credit to the referrer
- You must be a legal U.S. resident
